THERMAL ANALYSIS AND HEAT SINK DESIGN

MACHINING

Our highly modernized plant, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is fully dedicated to research and development, innovation and high tech production.

Our fully equiped workshop boasts of some of the best machinery and automated production technologies needed for the finest quality and on time deliveries.

Following production operations are carried out at Bhoomi:

• Fully Automatic Cutting/Sawing Machines (Make: Elumatec, Germany)

• Drilling, Tapping, Milling upto 4-axes on CNC vertical machining centers (Make: HAAS Automation, USA)

• Blanking, punching etc done on a full line up of power presses ranging from 10T to 50T. All dies and tools are designed and manufactured in-house.
  
• A full line-up of manual drilling and tapping machines, lathes, fly presses etc for rapid prototyping and small quantity productions.
  
• In-house degreasing and anodizing plant for provision of corrosion resistance of metal.
• Latest digital measuring instruments with up to date calibration including vernier calipers, micrometers, surface thickness measuring instruments, etc.

SURFACE TREATMENT

• Anodised finish as per MIL-A-8625 SPEC.
• Powder coating with RAL Specific colours.
• Blasting treatments (Sand, Shot,Glass bead and Ceramic).
• Copper, Nickle, Tin and Zinc plating.
• Chromatic conversion as per MIL-DTL-5541.

With reliable third party tie ups we can provide following services as well, with complete quality control maintained by Bhoomi:

1. EDM Machining and wirecut operations
2. Manual, semi-auto and fully automatic plastic injection moulding
3. Laser marking, laser engraving, screen printing and pad printing
4. Fasteners and hardware parts in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper
